Context

Field-wide refreshes and device rollouts had to maintain service continuity across demanding offshore and onshore environments.

My contribution

Coordinated quarterly hardware refreshes, Windows upgrades and end-of-life device rollouts. Worked with support teams and vendors on preparation, deployment and operational handovers.

Outcome

The quarterly refresh and upgrade programs recorded in my experience were completed with zero critical incidents after deployment.
